We carry out a wide variety of private and commercial projects including new build, extensions, refurbishment, fire protection upgrade, fit-out, conservation & heritage works etc. We only employ staff and subcontractors who are highly trained, skilled and motivated to carry out the particular project we are working on in a safe and successful manner on behalf of our clients. For each project some of the main elements of our approach are as follows;

• Agree a work plan with our client.
• Agree work plan and details with the clients Architect and/or Engineer
• Arrange our site staff & subcontractors suitable to the project
• Develop and implement a Health & Safety plan to ensure a safe site for employees, site visitors, neighbours, traffic and members of the public
• Develop an Environmental plan to ensure the work is carried out in a sustainable and socially conscious manner
• Make arrangements for any works requiring special attention, for example

Preservation or Heritage items

• Set up and maintain clear channels of communication between all parties involved
• Protect any structures remaining or adjoining the site
• Ensure Building Regulations and Building Control (BCAR) requirements are fully adhered to
• Ensure all work is carried out to a High Quality
• Maintain site records and as built records
• Handover of completed project to our client
